The Food App does not collect any personal data about you by default.

We collect usage data – such as statistics on how many and which products are scanned – but this is completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you as a person.

Submitting Feedback

When submitting feedback or uploading photos of food products, you should not need to provide any personal data. If you accidentally – or otherwise on your own initiative – include personal data in the feedback or images you submit, we will not share this information with anyone. As long as the personal data is not necessary for us to retain, we will delete it as soon as practically possible.

Subscription Purchases

The Food App does not store any personal data about you when you purchase a subscription. Payment cards and transactions are handled by Google or Apple. These payment details are not accessible to The Food App. Read more about terms of purchase.
